DUNZA may collect account details, business and verification information, job descriptions, locations, photos, quotes, messages, reviews and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Information is used to operate accounts, match customers with tradies, enable quoting and messaging, review verification submissions, provide support, improve DUNZA and protect the marketplace.
Job and profile information is shown only where needed for the marketplace. Verification documents and private job photos are not intended to be public. DUNZA may use service providers that help host and operate the platform.
Beta users can contact DUNZA to ask about their account information or request account assistance. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information.

DUNZA helps customers and independent service providers find each other, communicate and exchange quotes. Providers may include trades, cleaners and equipment-hire suppliers. Unless DUNZA expressly says otherwise, DUNZA does not perform the work, supply the equipment or become a party to the agreement between the customer and provider. Equipment suppliers remain responsible for their own hire agreements, suitability checks, bonds, insurance, delivery and condition reporting.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating clearly and complying with laws, licences, permits, insurance requirements and safety obligations that apply to their work or job.
Customers should assess quotes and tradies before engaging them. Tradies remain responsible for their quotes, scope, workmanship and business obligations. Verification labels describe only the checks actually completed by DUNZA.
Reviews should reflect genuine DUNZA jobs. Users must not misuse the platform, impersonate others, upload unlawful material or interfere with the service.
The beta may change and may contain faults. Founding Member access is free during the stated beta period. Card collection and automatic billing are not active during private beta. Before any paid recurring membership begins, DUNZA will clearly present the monthly price, exact first charge date, renewal terms and cancellation method, and ask the provider to approve the subscription.
